Dr. Holly Noel Brocato is a highly dedicated chiropractor and the proud owner of Brocato Wellness Center, located in Taylor, Texas. She has successfully completed her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College in April 2023, along with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology in December 2022. Prior to this, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Human Performance from the University of Houston – Clear Lake in December 2018 and an Associate of Life Sciences from San Jacinto College in May 2016. Dr. Brocato has gained extensive experience in comprehensive patient care during her tenure as an Associate Chiropractor at Kunisch Wellness Center. She has further honed her skills in perinatal and pediatric chiropractic care, earning various certifications from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics. Additionally, Dr. Brocato utilizes chiropractic acupuncture as an adjunct treatment to assist in the relief of musculoskeletal ailments. She is also certified in CPR, reflecting her unwavering commitment to providing holistic and personalized care to her patients.

Addie Finch, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Addie Finch (LMT#104979) graduated from Austin School of Massage in 2007. She specializes in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, head ache release, myofascial release, TMJ release, pediatric sports, lymphatic, and trauma relief massage. She continues to further her education each year with continuing education classes and to better treat each individual patient.

Addie has also held a Massage Therapy Instructors’ License that allowed her to spend some of her career teaching others the art of massage.
​
She joins our team with the hopes sharing her passion for healing and relaxing clients and patients close to home.
​
She is also a Yoga Instructor and teaches locally for the Taylor Parks and Recreation Department.

Addie grew up in Milam County and has since settled in Taylor with her son Parker. They live an active life spending most of their time outside, playing sports, enjoying the lake, park and working out.

Bradley Anderson, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Bradley Anderson, LMT obtained his license in Massage Therapy from the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School and Clinic in Austin and has been practicing for over 20 years in the Taylor/Round Rock Area.
Brad customizes each massage utilizing various modalities such as hot stone, swedish, & deep tissue. His specialities are prenatal and sports massage. Having been a collegic football player himself he understands the needs of the athlete.

Elizabeth "Liz" Stacy
Chiropractic Assistant
Elizabeth (Liz) Stacy comes to us having served the Taylor community with 23 years of Chiropractic Assistant experience. She has an Associate’s Degree in Life Sciences from Temple College and graduated with honors. Liz works closely with Dr. Brocato and her compassion and dedication to patient health and wellbeing has always been of utmost importance. Liz will always greet you with a smile and is looking forward to her new journey here at Brocato Wellness Center. Liz is married to Lance Stacy and has a son, Noah, who works for The University of Texas in Austin.

Shelly Repa
Front Desk
Shelly Repa is native to Granger, Texas. In her free time she is avid in her commitment to research the subjects of nutrition, health and wellness. She has worked for Brocato Wellness Center since its inception playing a vital role at the front desk part-time. Shelly is a yoga instructor and an expert in our Rowe Casa Organics Products.
